As an attendee you will hear from leading experts in the areas of diversity, inclusion and leadership and be provided an opportunity to gain professional development credits.

WHO ARE THIS YEAR’S EVENT SPEAKERS?
We are excited to present the 2022 keynote speaker for this year’s virtual conference event, Ms. DeDe Halfhill a renowned leadership expert and retried United States Air Force Colonel. Ms. Halfhill is widely recognized for championing a different approach to leadership – one that embraces emotions and vulnerability to build trust and empower people in meaningful ways. Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award
This award recognizes the achievements of Kentuckians who have made significant contributions to promoting equal employment opportunities, pioneered diversity initiatives or have made significant contributions to the advancement of any protected class. The Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award will be presented during the 2022 Governor's Conference on Leadership, Equality, Accessibility and Diversity (LEAD). Since 1989, the Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award has been presented to recipients including, Governor Steven Beshear, Whitney M. Young Jr. and Muhammad Ali.
