As an attendee you will hear from leading experts in the areas of diversity, inclusion and leadership and be provided an opportunity to gain professional development credits.

We are so excited to announce that, after raving reviews at last year’s conference, our 2023 keynote speaker is Natasha Bowman! Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award
This award recognizes the achievements of Kentuckians who have made significant contributions to promoting equal employment opportunities, pioneered diversity initiatives or have made significant contributions to the advancement of any protected class. The Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award will be presented during the 2023 Governor's Conference on Leadership, Equality, Accessibility and Diversity (LEAD). Since 1989, the Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award has been presented to recipients including, Governor Steven Beshear, Whitney M. Young Jr. and Muhammad Ali.
